We follow a No Refund policy.
If your return/exchange request is approved, we will issue a store credit coupon code (valid for 30 days) that can be used only on our official website.
Refunds are provided in the form of store credit coupon codes in the following cases:
Product lost in transit
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during shipping

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to make changes to your order (size, product, address, etc.), you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation requests after shipping will not be accepted.
For Prepaid Order cancellations, refunds will be provided in the form of a store credit coupon code only.

We offer exchanges for size only. No returns for refunds are applicable.
Exchange Terms:

The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours from delivery.
You must upload clear photos of the product with tags for authenticity checks.
Keep the product unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
An exchange fee of ₹250 applies (covers reverse pickup + delivery).
The exchange process may take 6–7 working days.
The requested product will be dispatched once the reverse pickup is completed.
Exchange is allowed only one time per order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit (valid for 30 days) will be issued.
If your area is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you must ship the product yourself. Exchange fee will not be charged.
Products bought during sales or special promotions cannot be exchanged.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.
Products returned in used, damaged, or tag-less condition will not be accepted.
Please double-check your size before placing the order to avoid unnecessary exchanges.
